- Late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Reservation and Cancellation
- A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will incur no charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be charged the first night’s stay.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of check-in. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
- All prices include VAT and service charges. A tourism levy of P10 per guest per night will be added to your bill.
Children and Extra Beds
- Children under the age of 12 stay free when sharing a room with parents, using existing bedding.
- Extra beds are available upon request for an additional charge and subject to availability.
- A maximum of one extra bed or crib per room is allowed.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed in the guest house premises.
Smoking
- Etang Guest House is a smoke-free establishment. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS
Damage and Loss
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Charges for damages will be added to your bill.
- The guest house is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Maximum Occupancy
- The maximum occupancy for each room type is strictly enforced. Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be required to book an additional room.
Housekeeping
- Daily housekeeping is provided. For environmental reasons, towels and linens are changed every two days unless otherwise requested.
Health and Safety
- All guests are required to follow health and safety guidelines as posted or instructed by staff, especially in public areas like the pool and restaurant.
