Etang Guest House - Refund Policy
At Etang Guest House, we aim to provide a relaxing and memorable stay for all our guests. To accommodate changes in your plans, we offer the following refund policy for room bookings:
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations by the Guest House: If Etang Guest House has to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay.
- Guest Cancellations:
- Flexible Bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Special promotions, discounts, or non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds. Please check the terms and conditions of your booking before completing your reservation.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No-Show: Guests who do not show up on their scheduled check-in date without prior notification will not be eligible for any refund.
- Early Departure: If a guest decides to check out before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be given for the unused portion of the stay.
Refund Request Process
- How to Request a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted by contacting our reservations team and providing your booking details. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Rescheduling
- Guests wishing to change their reservation dates must do so at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and any rate differences based on the new dates.
