Booking and Reservation

  • Advance booking is required to secure the conference room. A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event to avoid a cancellation fee.

Usage Hours

  • The conference room is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Extensions beyond these hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment

  • Full payment is required on the day of the event unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
  • Additional services such as catering, equipment rental, and extended hours will be billed separately.

Setup and Equipment

  • The room will be set up according to your specifications prior to your event. Please provide setup details at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Basic audiovisual equipment is included. Additional equipment may be rented upon request.

Catering

  • Catering services are available upon request. External catering is not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

Damage and Clean-Up

  • The organizer is responsible for any damage to the conference room or equipment during the event. Charges for damages will be added to the final bill.
  • The room must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the room is left in an unacceptable state.

Health and Safety

  • The maximum occupancy of 25 people must be adhered to at all times.
  • Guests are required to follow all health and safety guidelines, including fire safety regulations.

Noise and Conduct

  • The conference room is located within the guest house, and noise levels should be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests.
  • The guest house reserves the right to terminate the event if conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
